Key Responsibilities
- Partner with ESA leads and business stakeholders to review, refine, and document business requirements
- Conduct fit-gap analyses and deliver clear, actionable solution options
- Map and document current-state and future-state business processes
- Recommend Oracle eBS configuration updates that best support future operational needs
- Support functional design development and ensure alignment with approved requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process and system changes
- Support functional testing and user training activities
- Document functional designs, workflows, and any approved enhancements or process adjustments
- Assist in resolving functional issues and guiding stakeholders through incident closure
- Provide bi-weekly functional status reporting
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of functional Oracle R12.2.x eBS experience
- Demonstrated experience delivering two or more full cycle Common Inventory implementations as part of broader ODM/MRP deployments in Oracle EBS R12.13.x
- Deep knowledge of inventory data structures and controls, including item master integrity, sub inventories, locators, UOM Conversions, lot/serial control, and on-hand balance accuracy
- Experience with project-based and multi-org inventory models, including common vs project-specific inventory and impacts on costing, planning, and financial reporting
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end ODM lifecycle, including Inventory, BOM, WIP, MRP, MPS, Purchasing, and Costing
- Solid understanding of integration points across Inventory, Purchasing, Payables, and Project Accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong business analysis skills, including process mapping, requirements gathering, and
- documentation
- Ability to present functional options and recommendations to business stakeholders
- Ability to interact effectively with project team members and stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office
Desired Skills:
- Experience with basic SQL queries
- Experience with Manufacturing Project Accounting and Project Accounting modules
- Knowledge of Purchasing ASL processes and configuration
