Position Summary:
M&S Consulting is seeking a Senior Software Developer / Manager to serve as the designated Key
Personnel technical lead for our clients  Blanket Purchase Agreement, where M&S teams as the Salesforce and Agentforce delivery under the prime contractor. This role owns the full software development lifecycle for the automated contact center solution on Salesforce, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation. The role is the primary Salesforce technical authority for the contract and leads
Agentforce implementation, security, release management, and the platform testing program. This is a
fully dedicated position requiring active Salesforce and Agentforce certifications held prior to award.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the software development lifecycle for the automated contact center solution: requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, and production implementation on Salesforce.
  • Serve as the primary Salesforce technical point of contact for the contract and as design authority within the Salesforce Center of Excellence.
  • Lead Agentforce implementation, including topics, actions, guardrails, and the evaluation and testing program aligned to PWS 5.13.2.6.
  • Own the release pipeline and quality gates, enforcing that no developer performs coding on the clients platform ahead of the clients certification pre-approval.
  • Perform systems analysis of Salesforce, integration, and networking components, and acquire and analyze software tools and platforms for integration.
  • Lead the Salesforce transition workstream and serve as the Salesforce security control owner for the engagement.
  • Design and deliver integrations across Service Cloud, Service Cloud Voice, Open CTI, Genesys Cloud CX, Box, and MuleSoft.
  • Provide technical leadership, including mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, guiding development standards, and collaborating with government and prime stakeholders.

Required Qualifications (Mandatory):

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, current and in good standing, held prior to award.
  • Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist, current and in good standing, held prior to award.
  • Certification level pre-approval: ability to have certification level submitted to and approved by the client before performing any coding on the Salesforce or Agentforce system.
  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree. Per the governing Q and A, the degree requirement cannot be satisfied by equivalent experience. Fields of information systems, business administration, or computer science are preferred.
  • Public Trust Low Risk suitability, or the ability to begin and complete the Public Trust Low Risk suitability process at award.
  • Minimum of five years of relevant Salesforce development experience, spanning custom development and platform delivery in enterprise environments.

Preferred Quailifcations:

  • Hands on production Agentforce implementation experience, including agent design, actions, guardrails, prompt and topic tuning, and post deployment monitoring.
  • Experience with omnichannel routing or digital engagement tools.
  • Service Cloud and case management at contact center scale, including Service Cloud Voice, Open CTI, and Genesys Cloud CX integration.
  • Salesforce and Box platform integration.
  • MuleSoft integration experience, including government or FedRAMP authorized environments.
  • CI/CD delivery on Salesforce DX, Git, and Copado, with configuration and release management discipline.
  • Reporting and dashboard development for service performance and operational metrics.
  • AI evaluation and testing practice: versioned test cases, regression evaluation, faithfulness and accuracy checks, and red teaming.
  • Federal delivery aligned to NIST SP 800-53, FISMA, and FedRAMP Moderate.
  • Additional Salesforce credentials such as Application Architect, Integration Architect, Platform Developer I, Administrator, or Data Cloud.

  • Role designation: named Key Personnel, subject to DOL Contracting Officer consent and a letter of commitment.
  • Reporting: technical lead for M&S scope, coordinating with the prime contractor delivery and program management team.
