About M&S

M&S is a systems integrator that helps commercial and public sector organizations get more value from their technology. Our product is our people: we deliver assessment and advisory services, AI-forward development and configuration, and managed services.

We work across the leading enterprise vendors/platforms, including Salesforce, AWS, Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Atlassian, Snowflake, and Anthropic. We also offer our own product innovations and support platform licensing sales.

The Role

We're looking for a true hunter to open doors and win new logos for M&S. You're the person who walks into a room and leaves with three new friends and a follow-up meeting. You've sold technology implementation and consulting services before, you know how these deals get done, and you bring a network of companies and partners ready to hear from you.

This is a front-line, top-of-funnel role. You'll own new business development from first conversation to signed SOW, working alongside our delivery leaders and solution architects to shape winning proposals. If you love the thrill of building relationships and turning them into revenue, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do

  • Generate new logo business by prospecting, networking, and building a strong top-of-funnel pipeline.
  • Leverage your existing network of executives, companies, and technology partners to open new opportunities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with platform partners such as Salesforce, AWS, Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Atlassian, and Snowflake to drive co-selling and referrals.
  • Lead discovery conversations that uncover client pain points and connect them to M&S assessment, implementation, and managed service solutions.
  • Partner with delivery leaders and solution architects to shape proposals, SOWs, and pricing that win.
  • Own the full sales cycle from first outreach through close, consistently meeting or exceeding bookings targets.
  • Represent M&S at industry events, partner functions, and networking opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in our CRM.
  • Use Claude heavily - for example, research prospects, prepare for calls, and draft outreach and proposals - while keeping every interaction personal and human.
  • Maintain a strong, active LinkedIn presence that represents M&S well and generates conversations, referrals, and pipeline.
  • Review every email, proposal, and post for accuracy and polish before it goes out, and represent M&S professionally in every meeting and conversation, so every touchpoint reflects well on M&S.

Who You Are

  • Charismatic and likeable. People enjoy talking to you, and they remember you after you leave.
  • A natural connector. You reach out first, make friends easily, and keep relationships warm for years.
  • A self-starting hunter. You thrive on building pipeline from scratch and don't wait for leads to come to you.
  • Credible and consultative. You listen more than you pitch, and clients trust you to bring the right solution.
  • Resilient and driven. You handle rejection with a smile and stay focused on the goal.
  • A team player. You enjoy collaborating with delivery teams to win and keep happy clients.
  • Polished and detail-oriented. Your emails, proposals, and LinkedIn posts are accurate and professional, and you never do anything that would embarrass M&S or reflect poorly on it.
  • AI-fluent with a human touch. You use Claude heavily to work faster and smarter, and you personalize everything so every interaction is genuine.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years selling technology consulting, implementation, or professional services.
  • A proven track record of winning new logos and consistently exceeding quota.
  • Deep, well-established relationships with decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, IT and business leaders) and technology partners, built over years and ready to open doors from day one.
  • Experience at a Solutions Integrator, systems integrator, or platform partner firm.
  • Existing, established relationships with partner account executives at Salesforce, AWS, Microsoft, or similar.
  • Deep knowledge of AI-driven solutions and how they're reshaping implementation services.
  • Experience selling services tied to enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, AWS, Microsoft, Oracle/NetSuite, SAP, Atlassian, or Snowflake.
  • Experience selling custom development solutions and AI advisory, strategy, and implementation services, ideally including Anthropic and Claude.
  • Comfort selling time-and-materials, fixed-bid, and managed services engagements.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools and disciplined pipeline management.
  • Hands-on, daily use of Claude to research, prospect, and draft outreach and proposals, with the judgment to edit everything so it still feels personal and human.
  • A strong, active LinkedIn presence, with a large, relevant network and a record of engaging it consistently.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a polished, professional presence in every email, proposal, and post.

Bonus Points

  • Experience selling into specific verticals such as healthcare, energy, financial services, or manufacturing.
  • Exposure to public sector or federal sales.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary plus an uncapped commission plan that rewards new logo wins
  • The freedom to build your book of business
  • A talented delivery team and broad platform portfolio that make it easy to say yes to clients
  • Competitive Benefits: health, retirement, PTO, remote or hybrid flexibility

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
