M&S Consulting is looking for an experienced OnBase Developer. The primary role of this position to develop, enhance, support, maintain and administer OnBase solutions using specialized skills in the configuration, programming, troubleshooting, scripting, to enhance and support the various OnBase solutions.

The person in this position will possess the necessary skills required to understand and support the landscape of the existing implementation of OnBase across various areas. In addition to maintaining existing solutions design and build responsibilities, the person in this position should adhere to CMS change and release management processes and be well versed with upgrading OnBase from one version to another.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Thorough understanding of OnBase Unity, Thick and Web client architecture, design, and maintenance.
  • Analyzes, designs, and configure document structures, classification schemes, indexing, taxonomy, and attributes for use in storing and managing electronic documents in OnBase.
  • Design and maintain OnBase Workflow solutions, HTML E-Forms, Application Enabler, PDF Input Filter and Workflow and workflow web service calls.
  • Install, consolidate, and support existing OnBase solutions including DIP, COLD, Application Enabler and Workflow.
  • Coordinate and assist in upgrades, and all the testing required for it.
  • Resolves technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.
  • Maintain the completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of all deliverables.

Skills, Experience, and Education:

Minimum: The successful candidate will have a combination of education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and considerable education, training and experience that demonstrates competency in OnBase:

  • 7+years of experience
  • Experience developing technical documentation and techniques for system enhancements and test scenarios.
  • Proven Development skills as required to meet solution requirements:
    • Code/modify SQL scripts to query the OnBase database.
    • Code/modify SQL scripts to retrieve performance and/or monitoring related data.
    • Code/modify VB scripts, batch files and/or PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks.
    • Code/modify Unity Scripts and/or Unity Libraries in either VB or C#.
    • Develop/Update Workflows.
    • Develop Windows Services.
  • Experience with RDBMS (Relational Database) such as MS-SQL Server and T-SQL / PL SQL.
  • Experience in design, development and / or support of ASP.NET Applications, Net Components, Web Services & Enterprise Components as well as SQL database schemas and scripts, including views, triggers and stored procedures.
  • Experience with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), C#, or JavaScript.
  • Hyland certified professional in OnBase
  • Certifications in OnBase or Guidewire is a plus.
