Job Description:

  • Administering the entire Azure and Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Designing, building, implementing, migrating, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT cloud infrastructure.
  • Implementing and supporting role-based access control, privileged identity management, Azure active directory synchronization, and MDM (mobile device management).
  • Designing, building, implementing, migrating, troubleshooting, and maintaining SharePoint and Team portals.
  • Managing the Microsoft Teams UCaaS (Unified Communication as a Service) environment.
  • Coordinating and managing work with service providers for installation, maintenance, upgrade, migration, repair, and outage remediation.
  • Monitoring cloud application performance, identifying potential issues and risks, and implementing solutions proactively.
  • Ensuring the health of all Microsoft 365 services and collaborating with Microsoft for ticket resolution.
  • Adhering to company security policies and cloud security best practices.
  • Learning and implementing the latest technologies related to Microsoft AI or security solutions.
  • Collaborating with business operations and supporting them.
  • Designing and writing custom scripts for task automation.
  • Creating and maintaining dashboards for process and infrastructure monitoring.
  • Providing project updates to sponsors, stakeholders, and upper management.
  • Collaborating with IT infrastructure and cross-functional teams to manage cloud security applications and environments, role-based access control, backup, disaster recovery, upgrade, patching, migration, risk analysis, and issue remediation.
  • Creating innovative solutions to deliver business value.
  • Researching and providing solutions to enhance IT capabilities and improve business growth and efficiency.
  • Managing multiple projects and day-to-day operations concurrently.
  • Assisting and mentoring other team members.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent information technology experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in cloud engineering and administration is required.
  • Experience managing UCaaS solutions is required.
  • Proficiency in managing Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and active directory synchronization.
  • Experience with domain controller, MFA, MDM, RBAC, Azure role synchronization configuration, troubleshooting, and management.
  • Experience managing IT infrastructure and cloud application projects.
  • Familiarity with Service Desk systems like ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of PowerShell, batch files, and other scripting languages for process optimization is preferred.
  • Experience with SharePoint and Teams configuration and administration is required, workflow and customization development experience are preferred.
  • Experience in global environmental support and collaboration with different regions like APAC and Mexico is preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Tenant migration is preferred.
  • Experience in account management applications like Cayosoft or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is preferred.
  • Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is preferred
