AI Development Engineer / AI Solutions Builder

We are looking for an AI-obsessed builder who wants to move fast, ship real products, and help create next-generation B2B SaaS and enterprise AI solutions.

This role is for someone who is not just “interested in AI,” but actively building with it every day. You should be the kind of person who has experimented with Claude Code, Cursor, MCP servers, agentic workflows, LLM APIs, RAG pipelines, AI copilots, prompt engineering, vector databases, workflow automation, and modern SaaS architecture because you genuinely cannot stop thinking about what is possible.

You will work across startup and enterprise environments, helping design, prototype, and deploy AI-powered products that solve real business problems. This is a high-speed role for someone who is smart, technical, creative, charming, and deeply team-oriented.

What You’ll Do

You will help build AI-native software products and solutions across areas like:

B2B SaaS platforms
Enterprise AI copilots
LLM-powered workflow automation
MCP servers and tool-calling systems
Agentic applications
RAG and knowledge retrieval systems
AI-enabled CRM, operations, healthcare, government, and enterprise workflows
Internal tools that make teams faster, smarter, and more productive

You will be expected to rapidly turn ideas into working prototypes, then help harden those prototypes into production-ready systems.

Responsibilities

Build AI-powered applications using modern LLM stacks, including tools such as Claude, OpenAI, Anthropic APIs, LangChain/LangGraph, Vercel AI SDK, vector databases, embeddings, and agent frameworks.
Develop and maintain MCP servers, AI tool integrations, workflow automations, and agentic systems that connect LLMs to real enterprise data and actions.
Design clean, scalable SaaS applications using modern web technologies such as TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Supabase, AWS, and serverless/cloud infrastructure.
Build reliable RAG pipelines, including document ingestion, chunking, metadata strategy, retrieval optimization, evaluation, and response grounding.
Create AI interfaces with strong product sense and excellent design taste.
Prototype quickly, test aggressively, and iterate based on user feedback.
Work with startup founders, enterprise customers, engineers, designers, and business leaders to translate messy problems into elegant technical solutions.
Help define architecture for secure, scalable, enterprise-grade AI systems.
Evaluate and integrate emerging AI tools, frameworks, models, and development workflows.
Write clean, maintainable code while moving with urgency.
Bring energy, creativity, and intensity to every project.

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who is:

AI-obsessed
You are constantly experimenting with new models, tools, agents, copilots, and AI development workflows. You probably already have side projects, demos, or prototypes you have built just because you were curious.

Fast and tenacious
You move quickly, figure things out, and do not get stuck waiting for perfect instructions. You can go from vague idea to working demo fast.

Technically sharp
You understand software architecture, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, frontend/backend development, and how modern AI systems are actually built.

Design-minded
You care about how things look and feel. You can tell when a product feels clunky, and you have the taste to make AI experiences feel simple, polished, and powerful.

Charming and high-trust
You communicate well with technical and non-technical people. Customers, teammates, founders, and executives enjoy working with you.

An excellent teammate
You are loyal to the mission, raise the bar around you, and make everyone faster and better. You bring intensity without ego.

Ideal Experience

Strong candidates may have experience with:

Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Replit Agent, or other AI-native coding tools
MCP server development
LLM tool calling and function calling
OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source model APIs
RAG systems, embeddings, vector search, and retrieval evaluation
LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks
TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, FastAPI
PostgreSQL, Supabase, Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, pgvector, or Elasticsearch
AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, serverless infrastructure, CI/CD
Enterprise integrations, APIs, CRM systems, EHR systems, government systems, or workflow automation platforms
Multi-tenant SaaS architecture
Security, privacy, RBAC, audit logs, and compliance-aware engineering
UI/UX design, Figma, product prototyping, or frontend polish

You do not need to know every tool, but you need to learn quickly and have the hunger to stay ahead.

Bonus Points

You have shipped AI products into production.
You have built internal copilots, enterprise assistants, or workflow automation tools.
You have experience with healthcare, government, finance, CRM, or regulated enterprise environments.
You have built startup MVPs from scratch.
You have strong opinions on what makes AI products actually useful rather than gimmicky.
You have a portfolio, GitHub, demos, or shipped products that show taste, speed, and technical depth.

Personality Fit

This role is for someone who is:

Smart
Curious
Fast
Intense
Scrappy
Creative
Reliable
Clear in communication
Obsessed with AI
Excited by hard problems
Comfortable with ambiguity
Energized by startups and enterprise transformation
Proud to be part of a high-performance team

We value people who can think fast, build fast, communicate clearly, and keep going when things are hard.

Why This Role Matters

AI is changing how companies operate, sell, support customers, manage workflows, analyze data, and make decisions. We are building the systems that bring that future into real organizations.

This is not a slow corporate innovation role. This is hands-on, high-output AI development across real products, real customers, and real enterprise problems.

We want someone who wants to be on the frontier, building the tools, agents, copilots, and SaaS platforms that define the next decade of work.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 05/31/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
