Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Configuration & Development Specialist with strong financial systems expertise to lead the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and enhancement of enterprise ERP platforms, including NetSuite and Certinia (PSA / Financial Management Cloud). This role blends functional finance knowledge with technical configuration and development capabilities to deliver scalable, best-practice ERP solutions for complex business environments.

This individual will play a hands-on role across solution design, system configuration, integrations, and custom development, ensuring successful ERP deployments and ongoing optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full lifecycle implementation of ERP systems (NetSuite, Certinia, or similar platforms)
  • Configure ERP modules across finance, accounting, PSA, billing, revenue recognition, procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes
  • Translate financial and business requirements into scalable ERP system designs
  • Design and build custom solutions using platform tools, scripting, and extensions (NetSuite SuiteScript, Certinia configuration tools, etc.)
  • Develop and support integrations with CRM, banking, billing, payroll, and third-party systems
  • Perform data migration, cleansing, mapping, and validation from legacy systems
  • Build reports, dashboards, and financial analytics to support FP&A and operational reporting
  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT stakeholders to optimize ERP workflows
  • Provide technical leadership on ERP architecture, configuration standards, and best practices
  • Support testing, deployment, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization
  • Troubleshoot system issues and continuously enhance ERP performance and scalability

Required Qualifications:

  • 7–12+ years of experience in ERP systems configuration, development, or implementation
  • Strong financial/accounting domain knowledge (GL, AP, AR, Revenue Recognition, Billing, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Certinia, or comparable ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, Workday Financials, Acumatica, etc.)
  • Experience with ERP configuration, workflows, scripting, and/or customization
  • Strong integration experience using APIs, middleware, or iPaaS tools
  • Experience with data migration and financial data mapping
  • Ability to translate business/finance requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and finance stakeholders
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments

Preferred Skills:

  • NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk experience
  • Certinia PSA / Financial Management Cloud experience
  • Salesforce ecosystem integration experience (Salesforce ↔ ERP)
  • Experience with revenue recognition and project accounting models
  • Multi-entity / global ERP implementations
  • Experience with financial reporting tools or data warehouses
  • CPA, finance degree, or accounting background (strong plus)
  • Experience in consulting or systems integrator environments

Ideal Candidate Profile:

This is a hybrid ERP Functional + Technical Specialist who:

  • Understands finance deeply (not just systems)
  • Can configure and extend ERP platforms hands-on
  • Bridges business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Has implemented or supported NetSuite, Certinia, or similar ERP systems end-to-end
  • Is comfortable owning solutions, not just executing tasks

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
